Modern, cozy and family-friendly: Our centrally located holiday apartment in Bad Mitterndorf features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated home office space and plenty of comfort for families. Toys, a baby crib and a high chair are available. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the door – the GrimmingTherme and shopping facilities are just a few minutes away. Ideal for active summer days and relaxing getaways!

The apartment features two quiet bedrooms with bed linen, a bright open-plan living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The entrance area offers plenty of storage space for your gear and personal items. The dedicated home office space is perfect for workation guests. Families will appreciate the baby crib with side protection, high chair and our cozy play corner. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a parking space right in front of the house are included. For your comfort, we provide in the kitchen: coffee capsules, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap and kitchen towels. In the bathroom: towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and laundry detergent – all ready for you to enjoy a relaxed and carefree stay.

• Parking space directly in front of the house (not covered), in the winterseason we offer a spot in the garage where you can also put your skiers/snowboards

via Auto: Die genaue Adresse ist: Thörl 68/12, 8983 Bad Mitterndorf. Dein Navi sollte keine Probleme haben, das Apartment Moritz zu finden. Es ist schräg gegenüber der Zufahrt zur Mautstation Alpenstraße Tauplitz. Du biegst von der Hauptstraße ab und fährst bis zum letzten Haus durch, das ist der Eingang zur Wohnung. Der Parkplatz für Wohnung 12 befindet sich auf der linken Seite, gegenüber der 1. Garage.

via Zug: Bahnhof Bad Mitterndorf ist nur 700 m entfernt und somit gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. (Achtung, es gibt 2 Bahnhöfe in Bad Mitterndorf, jener OHNE Heilbrunn ist der richtige).

The popular Tauplitz ski area is only a few minutes away, and the ski bus stops a 5‑minute walk from the apartment. Cross‑country skiers are equally spoiled: the tracks begin close by and wind through stunning winter scenery. Relaxation after activity: A favourite with many guests is the modern GrimmingTherme, featuring several indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and mountain views—perfect for unwinding after an active day. Food & drink: The region serves up everything from rustic mountain huts to contemporary restaurants. From the a partment, hiking and cycling trails start right outside the door, and families will find plenty to explore nearby.Local favourites include Gasthaus Kirchengast, Mitterndorfer Stub’n, and the Bergrettungshütte on the Tauplitzalm.
