Check-in information

Here you will find all the information you need for your check-in at Apartment Moritz.

Online Check-in

In Austria, all holidaymakers must register with the tourism authority no later than the day of arrival. The market town of Bad Mitterndorf uses its own web portal for this purpose.


Please click on the "Online Check-in" button and register yourself and all fellow travelers using the same registration form (Add Guest).

At the end, you will be asked to sign the registration digitally – either with your finger on your smartphone or with the mouse on your PC.


In addition, a local tax of €3.50 per person per night applies in Bad Mitterndorf.

After completing check-in, you will receive an invoice from us for the total amount, which you can conveniently pay in cash at the accommodation, via PayPal or bank transfer.

 The address is: Thörl 68/12, 8983 Bad Mitterndorf (important to add the postcode in Google Maps)


 Parking:

The parking space for apartment No. 12 is located on the left side of the building, directly opposite the first garage, which also belongs to the apartment.


You will find the remote control for the garage door in the key safe as well.

 In the garage you have also the possibility to store your skis outside your car.




Check-in Apartment

 To make your arrival as convenient as possible, you can check in yourself at any time from 3:00 PM.


How to get the key:

  • Go to the main entrance of the building.
  • To the right of the entrance door there is a key box mounted on the wall.
  • Enter the code you receive via email and pull the lever to open the compartment.
  • Take out the apartment key and then turn the number wheels so that the code do not remain invisible.



The apartment


  • The apartment is on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is the first door on the right with the inscription “12”
  • You can always return the key to the box when you leave the house.
    Please note:     to lock the apartment door, the handle must first be pushed all the way up so that the key can be turned.
  • When checking out (10:00 a.m.): please return the key to the same key box and turn the number dials before leaving the building.



Local Tax

In Bad Mitterndorf, a local tax of € 3.50 per person per night applies (for guests aged 16 and over).

You will receive an invoice by email with the outstanding amount for the tourist tax.

You can pay this amount in cash at the apartment (see photo), or by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details are provided on your invoice.
