• Check‑out is no later than 10:00 a.m
• Quiet hours Please respect night‑time quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Keep voices down and in the stairwell as well
• Visitors & maximum occupancy: The apartment is designed for up to 4 guests. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. Daytime visitors are fine—just no parties, please
• Kitchen & waste separation: Feel free to use everything, but leave the kitchen clean. Rinse used dishes or place them in the dishwasher. Empty the refrigerator before departure. Separate general waste, organic waste, paper, and plastic into the labelled bins. Dispose of full bags in the bins outside the front door—at the latest when you check out. Plastic may remain in the dedicated indoor container
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment
• No pets allowed
• Damage & emergencies: If something breaks, no worries—please inform Claudia or Daniela immediately. Your honesty helps us fix things quickly for everyone’s benefit
• Departure / Check‑out: Leave the apartment swept clean. Dispose of rubbish and wash any used dishes. Don’t forget personal belongings
